The division

Our Private Client Foreign Exchange division is responsible for the promotion and provision of our foreign exchange services to private individuals who, as a consequence of buying overseas property, migration or the importation of a large capital good, such as a car or boat, require foreign exchange assistance.

The role

Our FX Consultants are required to field and respond to inbound calls from private individuals who seek expert foreign exchange help. Working within a team, the role is primarily office based but will require commitment to promoting our service at exhibitions and other events around the UK.

Against pre-determined targets you will be required to:

Identify individual’s requirements and provide simple, alternative strategic solutions
Explain our services in a very patient and non-financial way
Communicate effectively and build rapport quickly
Account manage a growing prospect and client database

You should:

Demonstrate commitment to provide high levels of customer service
Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Possess strong communication skills, written and verbal
Demonstrate numerical and organisational skills
Exhibit high levels of patience
Work effectively within a team
Be commercially astute
