On application by the Directors the High Court of Justice in England and Wales made an order on 29 May 2026 placing Halo Financial Limited into Special Administration in accordance with the Payment and Electronic Money Institution Insolvency Regulations 2021.
Bai Cham and Louise Longley each of BTG Begbies Traynor have been appointed as Special Administrators.
