Halo attend the Expat Show 2015 as gold sponsors!

Published: Monday 14 September 2015

This weekend, we were proud sponsors, exhibitors and presenters at The Expat Show 2015 at London Olympia.

Providing essential information for those looking to move abroad, The Expat Show is a great place for visitors to come and meet exhibitors face-to-face, listen to advice from industry-leading experts and therefore make informed decisions before their big move.

Halo attend to do just that - we love exhibiting at shows because it's a great way to introduce ourselves to new customers and provide valuable money-saving advice for those concerned about their foreign currency exchange.

This was our first time exhibiting at The Expat Show so we were excited to get involved by becoming gold sponsors.

Not only was this Halo's first time at The Expat Show, but it was also Joe De Berniere's (Senior FX Consultant at Halo) first time exhibiting at a show ever! True to form, he got stuck in and wasn't afraid to talk with interested visitors. Delano Browne, FX Consultant - our regular exhibitor - offered support and hit it off with visitors as per usual!

Great work, Joe and Delano!

And it doesn't stop there! We decided to make the most out of the show by presenting on the Friday and the Saturday.

Private Client Manager, Tom Ives, gave a 20 minute presentation Friday afternoon, captivating the large audience with an interactive session and Q&A. Then on Saturday we saw Al Sweetman, Private Client Manager numero dos offer another presentation that equally went down a treat with the audience of 40-50 visitors.

Overall, it was a successful show and we were very pleased to be able to attend. Now we are looking forward to A Place in the Sun, Birmingham and Working In, London and Manchester over the next coming months! If you're interested in attending any of these upcoming events then please be sure to contact a member of the team for more information.

Here are some more snaps for the event:
